BCM restructured TPG Plastics LLC in partnership with Medley Capital. TPG is a niche manufacturer of portable fuel containers and large blow molded products. Under BCM’s ownership the company has transformed it business to the latest and most automated technology for its end markets.

BCM created Alterra Holdings Corp. through the acquisitions of three specialty plastic compounders focused on elastomers and bioplastics. Under BCM’s ownership Alterra is now a well know plastic compounder in Indiana and has launched several product lines and developed partnerships with global corporations in the bioplastics and chemicals space.

BCM partnered with Pollmann International to reposition and grow its North American operations. Pollmann is a leading injection molder of electromechanical products.
