A niche plastics manufacturer serving electrical utility and home improvement end markets, acquired in a proprietary transaction sourced directly from second-generation family ownership. The seller was not distressed; the family sought a capable steward for the company's next chapter. Through a focused 100-day plan and sustained operational improvement, BCM drove meaningful margin expansion and organic growth, and CPI completed a West Coast add-on acquisition in 2026. Custom Plastics now serves as Beaconhouse's industrial holding platform.

BCM acquired LDI in a distressed carve-out from Wolters Kluwer N.V., a Fortune 500 professional information services company. LDI is the market-leading provider of audio continuing medical education (CME) content in the United States. As Wolters Kluwer's priorities shifted to digital workflow solutions, LDI became a non-core, subscale asset. BCM refocused the business on core audio CME, right-sized the cost structure, and invested in regulatory compliance infrastructure.
